Rugby 101 is an online rugby program which gives players and coaches of all levels access to high performance rugby content. Wherever you are in the world, whatever level you are playing or coaching at, Rugby 101 empowers you to be the best that you can be. Rugby 101 gives you access to professional content, straight from the training ground. From individual drills, position specific skill development, team sessions, and coaching methodology, profiling, working out patterns of play, and developing your own drills, innovative concepts, mental coaching and much more!

Head coach and founder, Riaan van Straten played professional rugby in South Africa for 7 years and has been coaching for 19 years. He has a degree in Biokinetics and is a World Rugby Level 3 accredited coach. He is a well-known coach in South Africa with a highly successful track record and one of the best in the business when it comes to 3 dimensional coaching and developing players physically and mentally, to reach their full potential.
